She's the principal of gotomedia.com, LLC, a global leader in research-driven, people-friendly interface design for web, mobile and product solutions; her clients include Seiko Epson Japan, Adobe, NetIQ, WebEx and CNET. Kelly is the author of Web Redesign 2.0: Workflow that Works – which is the standard for user-centered design principles – and the editor of gotomobile.com, a leading online publication on mobile user experience. She also serves on the board of the AIGA Center for Brand Experience.
