Stuart Silverstein
Senior UX Designer
Fandango
A Los Angeles native, Stuart Silverstein’s design career began in visual design and brand development—first as a production artist, then as a designer, for the Woo Agency (2002), the California Endowment (2003), and Where magazine (2004). But a love of lifehacking and usability translated into a transition from visual designer to UX designer in 2007 and he hasn’t looked back. UX is where his heart is. In fact, Stuart is obsessed with making shopping carts work, maximizing usability, and making sites easy to comprehend.
In his 11+ years in the design business, Stuart has worked with brands like Activision, Gateway, The Mattress Store, and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. He is also a contributor to UXBooth, and Smashing Magazine, as well as featured speaker on strategy, design and process flow. Stuart graduated with honors from the University of Miami, and is an avid yogi, skier, and hiker, as well as a raw Vegan enthusiast.
